Phase-shift sensor (loops) is buried between the core rubber and bottom rubber at a certain distance in the longitudinal direction. By microcomputer programming control, it will immediately give an alarm and automatically stop running when tearing on the conveyor belt is detected. When the belt running speed is reduced to the set stop speed, alarm will be given and conveyor will be stopped automatically. Calender process
The roller calender machine is able to stick rubber on both sides of the fabric at one time. This can reduce the strength loss of the rubber during the process.
Forming process
The forming tension is even between different plies, which can avoid wrinkled fabric and guarantee an even thickness of the belt core.
We have an inspection team to inspect the surface and dimensions of each conveyor belt. If any problem is detected on the belt surface, we will repair it at once in our factory.
