Plastic Conveyor
LSS series magnet conveyor is widely used in the process of plastic granulation, conveying and feeding materials, effectively filtering metal impurities in materials, protecting the screw to the greatest extent, prolonging the service life of the screw, and reducing the mechanical failure caused by it. It features large capacity, stable operation, low noise, high efficiency, long life, and low energy consumption.
- The drum iron shaft is assembled with Ru-Fe-B permanent magnets. It has strong magnetism and good iron absorption effect. Under normal use, it will never demagnetize. The magnetic force reaches more than 3000 gauss, which reduces screw wear and reduces replacement costs.
- The belt is made of PVC material, which has good toughness and long service life. There are adjustment screws on the top of the machine, and the belt is easy to replace.
- There are 4 wheels with brakes installed at the bottom, which is easy to move and reduces labor intensity.
- The convey height of the machine can be slightly adjusted, and the large turntable is turned, which is convenient and flexible to use, and finally locked by screws.
- Install a time relay to set the feeding time. According to the actual situation, set intermittent work to prevent material overflow caused by excessive material delivery.
- Install a thermal relay to protect the long-term and intermittent AC motors from overload and phase failure.
