Belt conveyor is a kind of friction driven to transport materials in a continuous way machinery.
It can put the material on a certain conveying line and form a conveying process of material from the initial feeding point to the final unloading point.
It is mainly composed of frame, belt, touch roll, drum, tensioning device, belt sweeper and driving device.
It also includes some paints and solvents for field repainting, oils and lubricants for commissioning, and consumables, wearing parts and special instruments for installation and commissioning.

Heavy belt conveyor, also known as mine belt conveyor, is mainly used in conveying ore, sand, coal powder, cement and other materials.

The high-angle belt conveyor adopts corrugated flanged conveyor belt, with the conveying height up to 203m and the conveying capacity up to 6000t/h.
The corrugated side conveyor belt is adopted to avoid spillage and leakage of materials during transportation.
