The belt short for Ethylene Propylene conveyor belts, are durable industrial belts reinforced with EP fabric plies.
It provides favorable tensile strength, low elongation, and outstanding resistance to chemicals, moisture, and aging. Reinforcement: Core EP fabric plies for tensile strength and stability.
Covers: A wear-resistant top rubber cover (for materials) and durable bottom rubber cover (for rollers).
Edge Rubber: Sealed edges protect the core from damage and contamination.
Ideal for various hard and sharp ores, quartz, dark rock, riprap, granite, broken glass, scrap metal, ballast, etc. Offers high wear resistance and excellent low-temperature flexibility.

The inner layer is packed on a round steel core with a 30cm diameter and a 12cm x 12cm square hole. The outer layer is wrapped with a single ply of waterproof PP fabric. We also provide steel pallets, iron pallets, frame packaging, or other customized packaging options.
