Classical wrapped v-belts feature high strength, low protraction, small matching tolerance, and a fatigue endurance limit of over 10^7 times.
It can offer high transverse stiffness and a transmission power 50-100% higher than classical V-belts. The transmission limiting velocity reaches 40m/s and the transmission efficiency over 95%.
Wedge wrapped V-belts fall into two categories: The metric SP series comprise of SPZ, SPA, SPB and SPC models. The inch V series include 3V (9N), 5V (15N) AND 8V (25n) models. V-belt of these types are marked according to the outside length of factory V- belts. Specific noting should be made on the order list if the customer has special requirements. The length conversion table is available for conversion between various models.

Yes. We can offer you samples at bulk prices and send them by DHL, TNT, EMS, FEDEX, or other express services according to your requirements.
Q2: How can I know whether the belt fits for my machine?
You can specify which product you are interested in, and we will provide its main sizes. Alternatively, you can send us drawings or samples, and we will put them into production based on your exact requests.
Q3: I want to find a supplier for my new products. Can you help me?
Yes. Kindly offer us your drawings or samples for technical analysis and processing.
Q4: How long does it take to make a new product?
Usually 10-15 days for technical drawings and 7 days for sample production.
Q5: What is your payment term?
We require a T/T 30% deposit and T/T 70% balance clearance prior to shipment.
Q6: What is your quotation basis?
Our standard quotation is FOB price. However, EXW, CIF, and CNF options can also be provided according to your exact demands.
