A: Generally, for conveyor parts order, it's 5-10 days when in stock, if not in stock around 10-20 days; for conveyors order, it's around 25-30 days when with China brand motors, if with SEW motors, it's around 35-40 days.
3. Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample of conveyor parts for free charge but the buyer should pay for the shipping cost.
4. What certificates do you have?
A: CE certificate, ISO9001 certificate.
5. Can you provide conveyor drawings?
A: Yes, but we need you to provide the conveyor dimension data and material requirements.
