What about the lead time?
It takes 3-5 days for sample preparation and 15-20 days for mass production. Urgent orders can be processed via our priority green channel.
What are your payment methods?
Payments can be made via T/T or L/C through standard bank transfer.
How are the conveyor belts packaged for delivery?
The inner packaging uses a round rubber core with a 30cm diameter and a 12cmx12cm square hole, while the outer layer is wrapped with a waterproof single-ply PP fabric.
What are the available heights for sidewalls and cleats?
Sidewall heights range from 40mm to 400mm, and cleat heights range from 35mm to 360mm to accommodate various steep-angle conveying requirements.
What is the advantage of fabric inside the sidewalls and cleats?
The fabric inside the sidewalls combines flexibility and strength to prevent tearing, and the fabric inside the cleats prevents deformation caused by heavy material impact.
