Structure: Sidewall conveyor belts are composed of three primary parts: the base belt, the sidewall, and the cleats. Each part is designed to work in harmony for optimal performance.
Base Belt: We can produce any width and thickness required to suit specific industrial needs.
Sidewall: Fabric inside the sidewall perfectly combines flexibility and strength to effectively avoid tearing. Heights range from 40mm to 400mm and are hot vulcanized onto the base belt.
Cleats: Fabric-reinforced cleats are protected from deformation caused by impact. They are available in TC or TCS types and are also hot vulcanized onto the base belt for maximum durability.
